Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PouchWise app (“PouchWise,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using PouchWise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

Important: PouchWise is a self-help and habit-tracking tool. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified professional about quitting nicotine, especially if you have a health condition.

1. Health disclaimer

PouchWise provides general information, tracking, and motivational tools to help you reduce and quit nicotine pouches. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and individual results vary. You use PouchWise at your own discretion and are responsible for your own health decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to legally purchase nicotine products in your region, and at least the minimum age required by the App Store, to use PouchWise.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

PouchWise offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full app.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PouchWise, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or access the app or its services in unauthorized ways.

5. Intellectual property

PouchWise, including its design, content, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

PouchWise is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you achieve any particular outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, PouchWise.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
